Turning Properties in to new beginnings
Brandon Conner’s real estate journey began at 17, when a high school project on house flipping introduced him to a mentor who revealed the art of turning properties into new beginnings. As co-founder of Swift Property Solutions, this Chattanooga native now channels that early passion into empowering homeowners across the Scenic City. With family ties on both sides of Signal Mountain, Brandon’s identity is rooted in his hometown, where he’s driven to uplift his own backyard before taking on the world.
Brandon leads with care, vulnerability, and unshakable strength, infusing every deal with contagious joy. Having felt the sting of foreclosure’s uncertainty himself, he understands the weight homeowners carry. Through Atlas Acquisitions, he offers fast, fair cash solutions, turning probates and distressed properties into hope-filled fresh starts. From clearing liens to funding moving trucks, his work has transformed lives across Chattanooga’s neighborhoods.

Beyond houses, we’re transforming mindsets and shaping futures
Shortly after graduation in 2006, Matthew was accepted in the United States Air Force where he earned his designation as a F-16 Avionics Technician. Since then, Matthew has served his country in 17 different countries including Afghanistan, South Korea and Italy. He spent the last 3 years of his Air Force career traveling as an Air Force Thunderbird, performing in Air Shows around the U.S. In 2019, after 14 years of service to his country, he decided to retire from the military and pursue his passion in the Real Estate Market. He has been actively investing in real estate since 2013.
Matthew specializes in residential development and commercial real estate investing. Specifically he searches for and acquires value-add properties that also produce a yield through the life of the investment. His certification as a project manager is paramount in his ability to track multiple projects and stay on or ahead of schedule. His previous single-family home rehabilitation experience gives him the needed expertise to manage contractors, subcontractors, and materials for rehabilitation. With experience as a rehabber and landlord combined with his experience in the Air Force provide him with the leadership and discernment necessary to be a highly effective asset manager. Career experience with 20M+ in assets.
As an avid hiker, Matthew has completed trails like Mt Charleston and Red Rock in nevada, the Inca Trail in Peru, extensive trails throughout Europe, and is constantly looking for his next challenge. He is the proud father of three amazing daughters and happily married to his high school sweetheart, Keinah.
